Ten steps. No guesswork.
This is the exact process every Kreafan creator brand moves through — what happens at each stage, what we handle, and what we need from you.
Application & Qualification
You submit an application. We review audience quality, engagement depth, content niche and commercial fit, then hold an intake call to confirm the opportunity is real for both sides. Not every application is accepted — we cap monthly intake to protect production quality.
Reviews your channels and audience data, assesses category fit and realistic sales volume, runs the intake call, and issues commercial terms including revenue share.
Submit an honest application, share audience insights where you can, and join one call to talk through what you actually want to build.
Product & Category Selection
We map your audience against our four production categories and recommend a specific product — not a catalogue. The decision balances what your audience will pay, what manufactures well at your volume, and what genuinely fits your brand.
Models unit economics, checks factory feasibility and minimums, and presents two or three concrete product options with pricing and margin projections.
Choose the direction that feels right for your audience, and tell us where your instinct differs from our recommendation.
Design Brief & Creative Direction
Your creative direction is translated into a manufacturing-ready brief: materials, dimensions, colour references, finishes, hardware, branding placement and packaging components. This document is what the factory builds from, so ambiguity gets removed here rather than discovered later.
Produces technical drawings, material specs, Pantone references and a full packaging plan, then reviews it with you line by line before it goes to production.
Share references, logos and brand assets, and give clear creative direction on how the finished object should look and feel.
Sampling & Approval
The factory produces a physical sample on the real materials and finishes. It is photographed, shipped to you, and reviewed in your hands. Revisions are made where needed. Nothing scales until you sign off in writing on a sample you have actually held.
Manages sample production, inspects it before dispatch, ships it to you, and runs revision rounds with the factory until specification is met.
Review the sample honestly, flag anything that feels wrong, and give written approval once it is right.
Store Setup & Launch
We build the storefront under your brand: product photography, copy, pricing, payment processing, shipping rules by destination, and analytics. We then plan the launch window around your content calendar rather than ours.
Shoots the product, builds and configures the store, sets pricing and shipping, connects payments, and handles all technical launch readiness.
Approve the storefront, and tell your audience it exists. This is the part only you can do.
Pre-Order or Drop Period
Depending on the model chosen, the store opens as a timed drop or a pre-order window. This converts real demand into a production quantity, which is how we avoid both stockouts and warehouses full of unsold inventory.
Runs the commerce operation live, monitors conversion and order flow, manages customer communication, and locks the final production quantity.
Promote the drop across your channels in your own voice, on the schedule that suits your audience.
Production & Quality Control
The confirmed quantity goes into manufacturing. Materials are sourced, tooling is prepared, and the run is scheduled directly with the factory. Every batch is inspected against the approved sample, and units that miss specification are rejected on the factory floor.
Schedules and supervises production, sources materials, performs in-person quality inspection, and manages any rework before anything is packed.
Nothing. You receive production updates and photos, and keep making content.
Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders are picked, packed into your branded packaging, and dispatched worldwide with tracking. Customs documentation and duties handling are managed by our team, and customers receive shipping notifications under your brand.
Warehouses stock, packs every order, arranges international carriers, files customs paperwork, and sends tracking to each customer.
Nothing. You never handle a parcel, a label, or a carrier account.
Customer Support
Our support team answers your customers under your brand: order status, address changes, exchanges, replacements and refunds. Support tone is agreed with you during onboarding so responses sound like your brand, not a call centre.
Operates the full support desk, resolves delivery issues with carriers, and handles returns and replacements at our cost where we are at fault.
Forward anything that lands in your DMs. That is the extent of it.
Revenue Payout & Reporting
You receive payouts on a fixed schedule alongside a clear statement: units sold, revenue, production and fulfillment costs, your share, and sell-through by variant. Reporting is written to be read, not to be defended.
Reconciles sales and costs, issues the statement and payout on schedule, and reviews performance with you to plan the next release.
Read the numbers, ask questions, and decide what your audience should get next.
