For Creators

Your audience is ready. Your product brand starts here.

You have spent years building trust with people who would buy something you made. Kreafan builds the thing — and everything behind it.

What Kreafan Does For You

Nine operational layers,
fully handled.

Everything between a creative idea and a fan holding the finished product — owned end to end by our team.

01

Product Selection

We assess your audience, engagement patterns and price sensitivity, then recommend the product that will actually sell rather than the one that is easiest to make.

02

Design Support

Our production designers translate your creative direction into manufacturing-ready technical drawings, material specs, colour references and finish decisions.

03

Sampling

Physical samples are produced in the actual factory on the actual materials, photographed, and sent to you for hands-on review before anything scales.

04

Store Setup

We build the storefront under your brand — product photography, copy, pricing, checkout, payment processing and analytics — and we operate it.

05

Production

Manufacturing is scheduled directly with our partner factories, with materials sourced, tooling prepared and timelines managed by our production team.

06

Quality Control

Every run is inspected against the approved sample. Units that miss specification are rejected at the factory, not discovered by your customers.

07

Fulfillment

Pick, pack, branded unboxing, worldwide shipping, customs documentation and tracking — dispatched from our facility on your behalf.

08

Customer Support

Our support team answers your buyers under your brand: order status, exchanges, replacements and refunds. Your inbox stays yours.

09

Payouts & Reporting

Transparent revenue statements on a fixed schedule, with unit economics, sell-through data and margin breakdowns you can actually read.

What You Bring

Three things. That is the list.

01

Your audience

The people who already trust you. No follower threshold matters more than genuine attention and a reason to buy.

02

Your creative direction

What the product should feel like in someone's hands. The taste is yours; the engineering is ours.

03

Your brand identity

Your name, your voice, your aesthetic. Every box that ships carries your brand, not ours.

Timeline

From application
to first sale.

A realistic schedule, not a sales promise. Most creator brands launch inside nine weeks.

Week 1 – 2

Application & onboarding

We review your application, hold an intake call, and agree on commercial terms, revenue share and brand scope. You are assigned a dedicated production lead.

Week 3 – 4

Product selection & design brief

Category and product are locked, materials are chosen, and your creative direction is documented into a technical design brief the factory can build from.

Week 5 – 6

Sampling & approval

Physical samples are produced and shipped to you. Revisions are made where needed, and you give written sign-off on the final approved sample.

Week 7 – 8

Store setup & launch

Product photography, storefront build, pricing, payment and shipping configuration are completed. We plan the launch window around your content calendar.

Week 9 +

Production & fulfillment begins

Orders convert into production runs, quality control clears each batch, and fulfillment begins shipping worldwide. Support and reporting run continuously from here.

Questions

Before you apply.

Is there a minimum follower count? +
There is no hard threshold. We look at engagement quality, audience trust and purchase intent rather than raw follower numbers. A creator with 20,000 deeply engaged followers is frequently a stronger fit than one with 500,000 passive ones. What matters is whether your audience has a reason to own something you made.
How does revenue sharing work? +
Kreafan covers production, packaging, fulfillment, support and platform costs, and you receive a defined share of net revenue on every unit sold. Exact terms are agreed during onboarding and depend on category, price point and volume. Because we manufacture at source rather than reselling through a print network, creator margins are typically higher than on software-only merchandise platforms.
What are the product minimums? +
Minimums vary by category and are considerably lower than approaching a factory directly, because we consolidate runs across creators. Leather goods and rigid boxes carry higher minimums than print and paper packaging. We also support pre-order and limited-drop models, where production is triggered by confirmed demand so you never hold unsold inventory.
Where do you ship? +
Worldwide. Fulfillment runs out of Turkey with international carrier partnerships covering Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, the Gulf and Asia. Customs documentation, duties handling and tracking are managed by our team, and delivery timelines are shown to your customers at checkout by destination.
How do samples work? +
Once the design brief is locked, the factory produces a physical sample on the exact materials and finishes specified. It is photographed and shipped to you. You review it in person, request revisions if needed, and give written approval. Nothing enters production until you have held the approved sample in your hands.
How long does a launch take? +
Most creator brands go from accepted application to live storefront in roughly eight to nine weeks, with fulfillment beginning shortly after. Complex leather goods or custom tooling can extend that; print and paper packaging can move faster. We give you a committed schedule at onboarding rather than an optimistic estimate.
Limited Intake

Launch the product your audience already wants.

We onboard a small number of creators each month so every brand gets real production attention.
